This is Eir.

This is Eir.

Today we want to tell you why we created Eir.

Kate and I believe midlife health and perimenopause has not been talked about enough. In our 40's we are not only balancing careers, kids, households (and the rest), but our hormones are also re-setting for our older years. It's quite the ride. And something every single woman experiences.

That's where Eir came from. She is the Norse goddess of healing. In Norse mythology, Eir is the healer of her family, her tribe...the role we also play as women at this age.

We created this space for our fellow women, to bring together community and knowledge around health over 40.

We'll be sharing tips, tricks and above all, our own experiences to help women like us.

Here's a little video that explains our name (and us) a little. We hope you like it, and connect.

And while we have you, for this week to celebrate mums like ourselves, we have an online only offer. 'Gift a goddess'. Buy any product and receive one to give to your bestie. Available until Sunday 14th May.

Lisa.
