Embrace the News - April 2024

Welcome to this edition of Embrace the News. This will be a slightly different newsletter as the Embracing Nutrition team and I have refined our approach to bring you the most valuable content. Instead of 4 articles, I will highlight two, more in-depth features that delve deeper into the topics you care about.

The team is also working hard at growing our collection of healthy recipes in our free library—I'll be sharing my top picks with you right here at the end of each month.

I will also highlight a video each month from our YouTube channel. These discussions are designed to give you a high-key overview of a topic from the experts themselves.

So, in this edition, I cover:

  • Article: Natural Relief from Eczema Using Nutrition and Functional Medicine
  • Article: Natural Relief from Asthma Using Nutrition and Functional Medicine
  • Recipe: Rainbow Chopped Salad Jars
  • Recipe: Mediterranean Breakfast Bowls
  • Video: Egg Health Essentials: What Every Woman Needs To Know
