2y# 1. If you are going to critic someone, do it positively meaning critic but yet offer suggested improvements. Remember not everyone is as strong as you think. #2 Always find the essence of the critic by asking the 5 w's. If the criticism is negetive in nature don't let it trouble you.. move on.. to an extent it may be "bullying".
