Evaluation of African Union Support to Ebola Outbreak in West Africa (ASEOWA)

I remember with nostalgia our evaluation of African Union Support to Ebola Outbreak in West Africa (ASEOWA). As part of the EpiAfric team, travelled to Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. It was quite a rewarding evaluation. Nigeria sent the highest contingent to ASEOWA. In this photo, Nigerian volunteers from Irrua Teaching Hospital came with their mobile laboratory stationed at Kambia District in Sierra Leone. Their efforts cut short turnaround time to diagnose Ebola.
