Monday: Moonlight Motivation 🌙

Theme: Managing Stress When Life Feels Darkest

So many of us juggle both visible and invisible stressors. The visible stress of long work hours, poor work-life balance, or striving to meet everyone’s expectations. And the invisible stress—the constant hum of self-doubt, fear of failure, or feeling like we’ll never measure up.

I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders while secretly wishing someone would notice the cracks forming beneath the surface.

Monday is all about the moon, which reflects what’s hidden beneath: our emotions, our fears, and our unspoken truths.

In this video, I share my personal journey of managing overwhelming stress during one of the darkest periods of my life. My hope is that it inspires you to pause, reflect, and find your own way forward.

Tuesday: Mars in Motion 🔥

Theme: Slow Down to Speed Up

Mars, the planet of action and drive, rules our Tuesday. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned about managing stress is this: sometimes you have to slow down to speed up.

This might feel counterintuitive. After all, Mars represents fiery energy and movement. But as Denzel Washington wisely said:

“Just because you are doing a lot more doesn’t mean you are getting a lot done.”

Slowing down doesn’t mean quitting; it means pausing to realign, reflect, and refocus. When you do move forward, you’ll do so with clarity and purpose—maximizing your momentum instead of exhausting yourself by running in circles.

Reflection Prompt:

What area of your life feels the most stressful right now? How can you take a step back, slow down, and address the root cause of that stress?


Wednesday: Mercury’s Wisdom 💬

Theme: Notes from the Future

Wednesday is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, reminding us to reflect on the conversations we have with ourselves.

One of the most powerful tools I’ve used to build resilience is connecting with my Future Self—the version of me who has overcome the very challenge I’m facing now.

I close my eyes, imagine her life, and ask:

  • What wisdom can you share with me?
  • What steps did you take to move forward?

Her answers often feel like a guiding light, pulling me through the storm.

This week, I wrote a Note from Your Future Self to help you navigate stress and remind you that resilience is already within you, waiting to unfold.

Thursday: Jupiter’s Growth 🌱

Theme: Energy Flows Where Attention Goes

When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy for stress to consume us. But what if you could transform that stress into strength by shifting your perspective?

Thursday, ruled by Jupiter, encourages us to expand our mindset and focus on what empowers us. Whatever we pay attention to grows—so let’s make it intentional.

Albert Ellis’ ABCDE Technique is one of the most practical tools I’ve used to manage stress. It helps reframe the thoughts that weigh us down and redirect our energy toward healing and progress.

ABCDE Technique for Stress

A – Activating Event:

Identify the specific situation causing your stress.

Example: "I’m overwhelmed by work deadlines."

B – Beliefs:

Write down the beliefs fueling your stress.

Example: "I’m not good enough to meet these expectations."

C – Consequences:

Reflect on how these beliefs are affecting your emotions and actions.

Example: "I feel paralyzed and keep procrastinating."

D – Dispute:

Challenge these beliefs by asking:

  • Is this absolutely true?
  • What evidence supports or contradicts this belief?Example: "I’ve met deadlines before. I’m capable, and I can ask for support if needed."

E – Effect:

Notice how reframing your beliefs changes your emotional state and actions.

Example: "I feel calmer and more focused. I break my work into smaller, manageable steps."

Reflection Prompt:

What belief about your stress are you ready to challenge today?


Friday: Venus Friday 💖

Theme: Love Fuels Faith, Not Fear

Friday is ruled by Venus, the planet of love. And love is more than romance—it’s a state of being.

Fear keeps us stuck, but love—love for ourselves, love for others, and love for life—guides us forward. It calms the storm and reminds us to move with faith instead of fear.

This Friday, I wrote a heartfelt poem as a reminder to choose love over worry, even in the face of life’s challenges.

Saturn teaches us discipline, responsibility, and the power of boundaries. When life feels overwhelming, boundaries are the ultimate form of self-respect.
