1. Five bad habits that keep you from losing weight & getting in shape
👉These are the top 5 things I see that are holding people back in their fitness journey:
1️⃣ Alcohol 🍷
Let's face it: not only does alcohol add up in calories.
Your sleep stinks.
& your next day is spent munching on munchies and laying in bed like a sack of potatoes.
If you cut back, you will see far more progress.
2️⃣ All or nothing mindset 😭
You reason that you can't do something "perfectly"
You don't even try.
If a light bulb in your home burns out, you do not turn off the entire power supply.
That would be pretty stupid, wouldn't it? Stop doing it with your fitness then.
3️⃣ Overdoing it on the HIIT cardio 🏃♂️
You aren't a kangaroo.
You don't have to run around like a crazy person during your workouts.
Less hitting, more weight lifting and walking
Your body, mind, and results will all be grateful.
4️⃣ "I Eat Healthy" 🥗
You could eat as healthy as any human or amphibian on the planet.
However, if you are not eating in a calorie deficit, it makes no difference.
So stop wondering why you're 'eating healthy' but not seeing results.
5️⃣ Impatience ⌛️
The fact that you're looking for results YESTERDAY
Causing you to try to "speed things up"
As a result, they are unsustainable.
As a result, you are inconsistent.
Which yields no results
Stop rushing things. This is a "lifestyle change" that must be maintained indefinitely.

8 hours before going to bed stop drinking caffeine. 🚫☕
Keep in mind Coke zero and chocolate do contain caffeine too!
3 hours before bed have your last meal. 🕑
This gives your body enough time to digest
2 hours before bed, no more screens 📵 Put on blue light-blocking glasses, and make sure you spend your time calm like reading a book or spending time with your loved ones
1 hour before bed stop drinking fluids to avoid nighttime urination. 💦

When people look at you, they will see one of two things…
1. A man who takes care of himself, who possesses self-discipline, and who values his health and his body.
Or…
2. A man who has let himself go, who lacks self-restraint, and who puts his health and his body last.
Who do you think most people want to spend their time with…?
Work with…?
Take advice from…?
Being led by…?
Partner with…?
Marry…?
Have children with…?
I’ll say it again.
Your body is your business card.
And you’d better believe that putting your health and your body first will cascade into every other facet of your life in a huge and positive way.
Now let’s get after it.
Take over responsibility and show up as the man you are.
