Forgiveness and Releasing Energy

Forgiveness and Releasing Energy

I see you as I once believed you to be and watch as the true you begins to reveal itself. I see the shell and stories you held on to pixilate and drop away, like puzzle pieces falling off your body. I feel a love and warmth coming from what is emerging and welcome the curious, loving, and expanding essence that is your unique blueprint. It is like looking into and beyond the Universe and I know you.

I realize that I too pixilate and drop away, leaving the pure essence of me standing before you. We move together as one and I say:

• I forgive you for creating energy that was painful for those around you to bear.

• I forgive you for building energetic walls, blocking me from getting to your heart.

• I forgive you for creating a shield of defense and your need to control everything in your life.

• I forgive me for carrying the load of your pain, thinking this will save your soul.

• I forgive me for pretending the walls did not matter, thinking I was meant to climb them.

• I forgive me for giving you my energy allowing you to, for a moment, take control of my blueprint.

And so, I unravel the web we wove together and release us both to realign with our original, complete, and purposeful soul.

• I forgive you for blaming me for your pain and the stories created around that.

• I forgive you for feeding the fire of anger in order to feel something in your life.

• I forgive you for the distance you created, believing this will stop me from harming you again.

• I forgive me for not seeing you and guiding you through your journey.

• I forgive me for accepting your anger and building a false story of guilt around it.

• I forgive me for creating anger toward you for no longer letting me into your life.

And so, I unravel the web we wove together and release us both to realign with our original, complete, and purposeful soul.

• I forgive you for your innocence, irrepressible optimism, and the result of burying the truth under a growing mountain of lies.

• I forgive you for your secrets and the need to protect the fragile house of cards you built.

• I forgive you for your pain that you hide from in order to hang on to the only thing you believe to be real.

• I forgive me for seeing your mountain and not asking you to come out from under it.

• I forgive me for believing the house you built was truth and contributing to its construct.

• I forgive me for not shining a light on your darkness, allowing you the opportunity to look past the stories you created.

And so, I unravel the web we wove together and release us both to realign with our original, complete, and purposeful soul.

• I forgive me for forgetting who I really am.

• I forgive me for looking outside for answers that are never there.

• I forgive me of looking inside and bypassing the vortex I created and not traveling in the abyss to find my truth.

I am unraveled and whole again, and it’s good to know that, isn’t
