We recently sat down with a potential client and discussed areas of their business where they were having challenges and were looking for help. One of their challenges was company culture. Now, we know that you don’t just decide that “ this is the culture that I want”. Company culture is a reflection of who you are and what you believe in as an owner or CEO.
