Generic Network Marketing Coaches
Touchy subject but I feel like it needs to be said.
I have seen / still see today people trying to be generic coaches in MLM.
Now if you are Eric Worre, Frazer Brookes & Ray Higdon - you can absolutely be a coach in this industry as you have already earned millions and have proven methods to help people succeed, that you have actually done yourself.
But when people have had one check at $8,500 dollars for one month and then brand themselves as a '6 figure MLM coach' when they aren't even involved in the industry anymore - it absolutely frustrates me.
Even worse, when people have earned nothing in the industry and try to be a coach of the industry they've done nothing in - crazy.
Thats like being a huge boxing fan and reading every book about it, but never been in the ring, yet trying to tell people how to box. Yes you might know all the right lingo and moves from the 1000 books that you've read, but what happens when you get hit in the face and knocked down, you can't coach people on how to come back from that and get back up.
Its the same in network marketing. You can coach people on how to handle objections for example all that you want. But if you haven't handled it yourself and got people over the line for years and years then how can you coach people on how to do that?
That can't just come from a book, thats on the job training.
Don't listen to so called MLM coaches that haven't at least made 7 figures consistently for a sustainable period of time.
I have been in the industry for 7 years and done well, but even I wouldn't dream of being an MLM coach anytime soon - if ever. There's way more money in the compensation plan anyway.
The people who are coaches, again other than the likes of Eric Worre, are just scared to actually get in the trenches and go for it themselves.
Have a great day and tag an MLM expert thats made peanuts, they need to learn as they make the industry look stupid.
