“STEP UP” can have various meanings.
To me, “step up” means to step into your own greatness & become the person you were destined to become. It means to stop playing small, giving small effort, & to stop messing around with your goals and dreams.
People don’t achieve the level of success they desire because they don’t take personal responsibility for it. They put their results into the hands of others or they think someone is just going to hand them the results they want, which is never the case.
It’s time to “STEP UP” & grab your life by the freaking neck and go get it done. Wake up with enthusiasm and passion. Speak with confidence and conviction. Whoever is more confident on where they’re heading is always going to come out on top.
It’s not about who’s smarter, uses bigger words, has the better degree from the better university, no. It’s about who’s going to STEP the hell UP & go get it done. Stop making excuses and placing your success into the hands of others.
It’s your life and your success. Take personal responsibility for your life & be relentless on your pursuit of greatness.
