4yNo doubt, restaurants will evolve into a variety of operating business modes, waiting on tables will have to include delivery and deployment of the orders, dishwashing will be diminished with use of disposables, etc and plazas layout as they exist in Mexico now for in house service will be the norm with enormous spaces. Menus will change to accommodate durability, transportation and variations in presentation. Grocery stores will certainly will be affected as well.
