Global Human Resources Director- position based in Tunis (Pharma sector)

Work experience:

At least 10 years' HR experience in Pharma/FMCG obligatory, ideally in a Multinational environment (including as HR Director), familiar with all-around HR practices.

Needs to be fluent in English, French & Arabic

Job duties & responsibilities:

The Director for HR will facilitate HR governance and drive the HR strategy process. He/She will define and align all functional HR plans with business strategies and objectives to drive business success and impact. He/She iskey to define HR technology strategies and selection of HR systems and tools.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of an HR strategy in accordance with business

needs.

• Together with the senior staff, develop progressive solutions, improve company processes and implement best practices within the organization

• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce appropriate HR policies, programs, tools and HR technology strategies for effective management of the people resources of the organization

• Define HR and workforce metrics, design data collection and reporting procedures

• Implementation of Corporate Leadership Development Programs.

• Develop systems for encouraging staff retention and for identifying promotion opportunities appropriate to staff capabilities and organizational needs.

• Develop and maintain salary structures, grading of positions and job descriptions.

• Implement and maintain all compensation and benefits related to HR policies.

• Design and implement standardized onboarding and hiring processes.

• Determine relevant key performance indicators for tracking the pre-definite goals.

• Implement performance review program that supports continuous development for all employees.

• Empower the organizational culture, so the company values are well displayed.

• Advise the CEO and other senior staff on all HR matters.
