What a time to be a manager, right?😅 From the pandemic to the hybrid workplace to economic uncertainty and layoffs — it seems like managers just cannot get a break. They need to meet expectations with fewer resources and still find the right balance between being effective and supporting their people.

To do that, they must adapt their leadership style and develop crucial soft skills to lead with empathy. Additionally, they must pay attention to employees' new expectations, including clarity, clear expectations, and development opportunities that align with their skills, career goals, and aspirations.
