A Holiday Gift For You

It's been one heck of a year! Despite all the challenges, many of us have thrived, or at least have survived.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for putting your trust in me and for being part of my community. I'm grateful to those of you who have chosen me to be your executive advisor on talent or your coach. It's a responsibility that I don't take lightly.

I recently received a note from one of my coaching clients that was a reminder of why I do the work that I do. Here's what he wrote:
