How AI Is Quietly Transferring Wealth to Those Who Know This One Secret

How AI Is Quietly Transferring Wealth to Those Who Know This One Secret

If there’s one thing we can say with certainty, it’s that the AI revolution is no longer on the horizon—it’s here, and it’s moving faster than anyone expected. December 20th, 2024, marked a major milestone with OpenAI’s O3 announcement, but the ripple effects will define 2025 as the year where wealth and productivity shift in unprecedented ways.

What makes O3 so groundbreaking—and why I believe it marks the true beginning of AGI—is its ability to think, reason, and solve problems in a way that mimics human intelligence. Unlike previous AI systems that relied heavily on pattern recognition and pre-programmed responses, O3 demonstrates something fundamentally different. It can generate its own programs, work through entirely novel scenarios step-by-step, and even apply logic to solve problems it’s never encountered before. This isn’t just a machine following rules—it’s a machine creating its own framework for understanding and acting on the world around it.

Think about it: for years, AI has excelled at doing what humans taught it to do. O3 changes the game by doing what humans can’t explicitly teach. It’s crossing the line from narrow AI—great at one thing—to general intelligence capable of adapting across domains. If O3 represents what’s possible today, the implications for 2025 and beyond are almost unfathomable.

And the numbers prove it. O3 obliterated the ARC AGI benchmark, which has long been the gold standard for testing general intelligence in machines. For five years, progress on this benchmark was incremental at best—barely a 5% improvement from 2019 to 2024. Humans consistently set the bar with an 85% success rate, far outpacing AI systems. But on December 20th, O3 didn’t just match human performance—it crushed it, scoring an unprecedented 87.5%. This isn’t a tweak in technology; it’s a fundamental leap forward.

The Wealth Transfer Is Happening Now

We’ve heard warnings about a “wealth transfer” coming with AI, but let’s set the record straight—it’s already underway. And it’s not just about who owns the technology. It’s about ... CONTINUE READING ...
