How to balance work-life together??
In everyday life, we are chasing so many things and facing a lot of trauma and challenges in balancing work-life together. At the workplace, no matter how much work you do, it is never going to finish. There will always be more something. Big goals and projects are heading one by one.
When you focus at your home, as a working mom you have tons of work at home, cooking, dishes, laundry, grocery, kids pick up and dropping school, homework, their other activities, and social activities, kids’ upbringing, balancing home and work
When you see others’ life successful and happy moments. You instantly think that other people are more successful and happier than you. To show your life better, you start to change something in your life, work more to prove yourself, and for promotions. You spend more money on parties, buying expensive brands, and gadgets, and, posting pics on social media to show your happiness and fun. That increases your bill list to work more.
In this rat race competition, we miss the real essence of life, true happiness is not in material things. When your soul is not happy, it doesn’t matter how much you earn money, all goes to waste.
To get true happiness, we need a balance of work, family, health, and money. We all have limited energy, if you are giving focus to any one thing you are reducing your time and energy on other things. As time passes, it will impact you in a big way.
For example, if you are not giving time, to your family and spending more time on your work, you will regret it after 10 years, when your kids are not listening and your relationships are not good. And the same goes for health, if you are not focusing on your health and taking a poor diet, and working crazy. It’s going to impact your health. You can never enjoy anything with bad health, no matter how much money you have.
When you will think consciously. You will realize that you are living life in a race with others, which will make your life miserable. To prevent that situation, I am here to mention a few tips that will help you to balance and enjoy your life in the true sense-

2. Reflection
Reflection is important in your life. When you are heading in your life and you came so far and still keep going as per your plan, but your soul is not feeling happy, then what is the sense of moving forward?. Reflect all your life, what things you have achieved? what made you happier? what do you want from your life? Check and make a list of those things which you really wanted and achieved and think about that how long you’ve been happy about that? That moments stay for some time. You can think now about how these moments will give you happy moments in the future! So why are we chasing things and looking for happiness in the outcome? Happiness is in the process of achieving things. Take a pause, be conscious, be present, and enjoy every moment.
3. Strengthen your inner power
You can achieve anything if you will strengthen your inner power. If your mind and emotional health are in your control. You will have the capabilities to handle any situation with love and patience. To strengthen your mind and soul, feed your brain with positive things, and surround yourself with positive people. Meditation helps you to be more focused if you can not do meditation, sit in silence and take a deep breath and feed your mind with a positive affirmation. Once your mind is full of all negativity and toxins, you need to reset the button and charge your inner power with positivity. Keep doing this exercise every hour for one or two minutes. You will feel energetic, calm, and peaceful.
When your health is perfect, you can enjoy your work and with your family. When you come at a certain age, you need to focus on a healthy diet. It is rightly said, you will become what you eat. Initially, we eat anything tempting, easy to grab, and tastes good like junk and processed food. But when you make habit of this food in your daily diet, it impacts your body and after some time, you start to gain weight and catch diseases. It’s time to check what you eat and drink on daily basis. Your healthy diet keeps you fit, active and energetic. Make sure you are taking all nutrients in your diet.
5. Prayers together
This idiom is rightly said, a family prays together, stays together. People who are spiritually connected are happier and more balanced. Spirituality gives us insight, into how to live your life in a balanced way. The values which come through spirituality no matter which religion you follow, give us strength in our hard times. For prayers, you can go to any temple, or church, or read any religious scriptures or if not possible, you can pray to God at your heart anywhere. When you pray, you will feel more calm, peaceful, and joyful, and these positive vibes spread all around you wherever you go.
6. Go with your pace
In today’s time, there is always distraction, restlessness, and comparison through social media. Humans look always outside and compare others with their own life and success. People compare others’ good moments with their life. This is human psychology. This makes us restless and pressurizes us to do more work so that we can achieve our goals, new projects, buy new gadgets, cars, property. We compare others’ success with our work and lifestyle but didn’t check the pace of our real potential and strengths. Everyone has their own pace and different situations. We should always compare with ourselves, not with others. Check your life where you started and where you are now. Every contribution of your life matter somewhere. We should go at our own pace.
7. Self Love-
If you are working too hard for your family and work, you are exhausted and feeling low and unmotivated, it’s time to take a break and take care of yourself. Self-love
The bottom line is that Your work will never stop but you have limited time and energy. Use your time and energy wisely. Focus on the things that really matter to you that make your soul happy and fulfilled. Always remember, we are not here forever, live your journey of life with love, compassion, and purpose.
