How do you DO the inner work to recover from chronic neuroplastic pain?
So you’ve been to all the doctors, who either told you that you were fine and sent you home with a prescription for pills or injections….or you’ve been to 10 doctors, everyone with a different option about why you’re still in pain.
It’s not the slight disc degeneration, the bad alignment, or sitting in a chair too long that’s keeping you in pain…
It’s the toxic boyfriend that you keep around because you’re afraid to be alone.
It’s burning the candle at both ends at work, because you’re afraid to disappoint your boss.
It’s pushing yourself to be liked by everyone and do everything perfectly.

To be honest, 99% of the time, I’m not talking with my clients about the sensations.
I’m talking to them about their partners, their parents, their children. I’m supporting them to dive deep into the pain they felt in those moments - when they should have been held and seen but no one was there.
