How To Make Currently Employed Candidates Complain Hiring Is Unfair (because you got the job while unemployed)

Does it seem that hiring processes are unfair when you are unemployed?

Do you feel like you're being ignored or rejected simply because you're unemployed?

It doesn't have to be like that ... because there are ways you can overcome unemployment risk.

Instead, gain these 4 advantages to make currently employed candidates upset that you won the job:

  1. Greater Resume Customization - ATSs, recruiter review, and hiring manager review all give big advantages to job seekers who invest a lot of time customizing their resume (and interviews) to the individual hiring manager's current and exact needs (which are rarely on the published job description). Even if you're applying for the sale job titles in the same industry, each hiring manager will have different needs and priorities.
  2. More Effective Information - Publicly available information gives you zero advantage over other job seekers. Worse, it reflects old problems or ones that have already been solved. Job descriptions aren't written to help you apply for jobs. They are written to protect employers from HR lawsuits, don't reflect current needs, and hiring managers change tell their recruiters what they really are looking for (usually . 50% different than the published job description).
  3. Sell Yourself At Your Best - When your resume (and interview) is focused on responsibilities, experience, processes, qualifications, or tasks, you tell employers what you did on an average day, with the goal of appearing qualified. Because hiring managers see far more 5-10 times more qualified candidates than interview spots, being qualified is too low of a goal, because it makes you look average.
  4. Apply To Jobs Earleier - Even if you're the first person to apply for a job, right when it's posted, you're too late. For 80% of new hires, hiring managers hire one of the 2-3 candidates that pop into their minds, that they already knew before the job is posted.

Think of how much fun you'll have hearing currently employed job seekers pissed off that you won the job over them!

You'd already be doing this if you knew how, and you'd make your competitors cry about how unfair it is. Why not let me show you how?
