As the seasons change, so too do our moods and behaviors. Winter, often associated with cold, darkness, and isolation, can present unique challenges to our mental and emotional well-being…but does it have to? It turns out, with the right mindset and strategies, we can transform this season into a time of growth, reflection, and rejuvenation. (Yes, please!)

If you have a negative association with the winter season (it’s cold, I can’t do my favorite stuff, I’m stuck inside) you aren’t doomed to live that way forever.
That’s why on Tuesday on The Brainy Business , we revisited the concept of familiarity bias, a cognitive shortcut that can sometimes hold us back. By understanding how this bias operates, you can make more conscious choices and break free from limiting patterns around winter (and anything else).
