How to work with Authority

Authority is Force. It is the nature of Force to dominate. Speaking up is essential but not just speaking up for the sake of speaking up. The HOW is just as important because when we are perceived as a Force countering another Force the original Force will only increase meaning escalate the situation. When we speak, we have to speak as partners and with good will walking along the same path while gently offering additional views on the topic. Don't play the game of Force countering Force because all it does is escalate the situation. A gentle peaceful partnership can create a new space for dialogue and new possibilities.
