I Like To Journal

I had to stop and laugh out loud just now...

I was about to sit down to start writing this journal. But my alarm went off telling me it was time to journal. More specifically, it was time to log my thoughts and feelings in my other journal.

I had to do that journal first before I could start this one lol

I journal a LOT

  • I journal and meditate for about a half hour in the morning
  • I have 4 alarms set throughout the day to stop what I'm doing and log my thoughts and feelings (what I just did before)
  • Then I write this (what I'm currently doing)
  • And another 20 minutes right before meditating to bed

It's fun : )

I sound like a crazy person when I write it all out but it doesn't matter because it works!

Here's what I wrote just now:

I feel good; happy. Proud of everything I've built and how far I've come. But especially in the past six months. I'm just glad I'm on the right path now. It could have taken longer. Now I can design my life the right way. That feels good : )

It's all about the feels.

That's why I've got to do some more work around my ultimate vision. What I want my life and business to look like in a year, 3, or 5.

The more clear I am on my vision, the easier I can feel it. Once I can feel it, it's as good as done.

Hahaha I like to do morning pages, 3 pages.. this morning it became 7 pages because my pen just wouldn’t stop writing
