Learning from the experience of others is of critical importance in these challenging / Pandemic times. What a great and inspiring session we had with Alison James (tag), CHRO of BIC company in our 1st International HR Conference Digital (IHRC-D) 2020. Alison made us reflect on dealing with ambiguity, speed of measure, openness of problems and self-care so that we can extend care to others. This is one of our best sessions and a true example of “HR learning from HR”.
Alison works at least for 25 years in HR and lives in the US, Connecticut. BIC is famous for its pens, lighters and razors, and various other product around the globe. BIC has a workforce of almost 15.000 employees. We exchanged on Pandemic Learning in HR, Culture and Leadership.
