I was recently asked "what are the top characteristics of a leader?"
Knowing how technology is evolving & disrupting our workplaces, there are 3 characteristics that will stand the test of times and be considered as the most important human capital to bank upon.
These characteristics are abilities that a leader can learn through mindful presence and conscious practice.
Such a leader will be loved and respected as an inspiring and influential visionary.
