Been 2 weeks you heard from me, yeah?

I didn't abandon you.

I apologize for the prolonged silence.

My sister wedded over the weekend, and I have to take those last 2 weeks off to complete prep and take a trip and engage on the actual wedding.

I'd love to tell you all about it, but we will never leave this place.

It was quite an emotional moment with lots of bonding and rekindling.

It was nice to be "home"-Calabar, even though not much had changed, it was nice to see old faces again (and meet new ones)
