And I’m definitely biased about using email to grow events 😂 Increasing sales to existing customer is an easy one, is the event splitting their list into buyers and messaging last years participants “hey, I noticed you came last year, we’d love to have you back?” And I’m a big fan of doing things differently, a great book I’m reading at the moment is Unreasonable Hospitality, it’s about the restaurant biz, but loads of ideas for any industry 👍🏻
