Join me on LinkedIn from Tuesday 1st February 2022 for a daily dose of positivity, as I share with you some of the most effective tools and processes from the field of positive psychology, to help you feel great every day this month and beyond!

February is perceived to be the worst month of the year according to a Gallup survey, and there may be a number of reasons for this. As all the hope and optimism from the start of January begins to fade and new year’s resolutions fall by the wayside, February can start to look pretty bleak. The days are still pretty short, the nights remain cold and dark, plus having 28 (or is it 29) days just makes things a smidge confusing, and we won’t even mention why there is a random ‘r’ in its spelling!

For this reason, I have decided to launch a February Challenge to beat any final winter blues with 28 Days of Positivity, to inspire you through this next month positively and prepare you for a positive Spring.

Each Day, I will upload a new bite size video with a positive psychology intervention, message or process with the aim to increase your self-awareness, raise your energy, lift your spirits, and increase your positivity, enabling you to embody a state of calm, kindness and joy throughout February and beyond.
