Self-reflection allows us to become more conscious of who we are and why we do what we do. This practice, rooted in introspection, isn’t just about looking back; it’s about making empowered decisions in the present and fostering growth for the future. Here’s a comprehensive guide to starting your self-reflection journey and making it a fulfilling habit.

Step 1: Set Aside Quiet Time 🕰️

Despite our busy lives, carving out dedicated time for reflection is the foundation of a meaningful self-reflection practice. Without it, our thoughts and emotions can become buried under daily responsibilities, leaving little room for self-exploration.
