The Neurodiversity Edge

The Neurodiversity Edge

by  Maureen Dunne

This is a very good book. As a neuro-minority, I appreciate that it is carefully and skillfully written and presents a “pioneering” framework for harnessing the power of neurodiversity for organisations. Maureen picks apart many “unsaid” and often wrong assumptions about neuro-diversity, along with prejudices and builds a picture which is based on a wider acceptance and understanding everyone’s contribution.

In many ways, her research, thinking, and framework are so cutting-edge that I fear most will not be able to accept them because they challenge virtually every aspect of “traditional” management, including how to think and manage people, processes, strategy, and organisations.

We rarely get to use the word “Ground Breaking“, but this one deserves it.

Thank you Maureen N. Dunne, Ph.D.
