This is how it works: Take 60 seconds before you get out of bed, close your eyes, and visualise your day ahead.

See yourself calmly handling that tough meeting, confidently working through your to-do list, or ending the day feeling accomplished.

Visualisation is more than just daydreaming—research shows it can actually prime your brain for success by strengthening neural pathways associated with positive outcomes.
