Quietly struggling? See how help can push you forward

Quietly struggling? See how help can push you forward

My client felt as if she was losing control over her mind.

She told me what she felt and this is how she put it.

I am not feeling good from within.

 It feels terrible.

But whom do I go to?

If I go to a psychiatrist everyone will think I am mad.

The psychiatrist will give me medicines that have side effects.

It's embarrassing to share with my partner or a friend what I am going through.

Whom should I talk to?

I told my parents I needed to see a psychiatrist.

They said, “Nothing is wrong with you, you look fine from the outside.”

And this is what happens next.

Within a week her condition worsens.

And now she was left with no option.

But get treated by a psychiatrist with high doses of medicines.

Does this incident sound relatable?

Is societal pressure more important than our Mental Health?

A lot of us still get trapped in our mental blocks of societal pressure, fear of medicine, fear of embarrassment, and self-image.

Honestly, by doing this you are blocking your way to the solution

So now what needs to be done?

Try this,

This will help you make the right decision for yourself,

where you would think straight from your heart :)

1st step:Accept that something is not okay within us.

2nd step:Accept the fact that we need help.

Think of all the reasons that are not letting you get help.

Talk to someone whom you trust, it could be your friend or family member. Seek their support.

If still in doubt then ask yourself this question.

Are these issues more important than my life?

This question will help you overcome the resistance that is building in you.

You don't have to make taking help an open affair,

All you have to do is find the right person

Who can offer you the solution?
