RE-THINK LEADERSHIP It Begins At The End Of Your Comfort Zone !

As a leadership coach , I am always under pressure to perform extraordinarily. No matter how difficult the task is , Getting challenged brings the best out of me…  Because it makes me think more , think different and think ahead . Thus I need to stretch and challenge the way, I approach to any problem or situation

This reminds me of a famous quote  “Whatever makes you uncomfortable, is your biggest opportunity of growth” - B.McGill

Take a pause and think about it ! Are you really happy or just comfortable ? Is your life full of routines ? Is it Monotonous? Is every day similar to day before? If your answer is YES, Then it's time to rethink . You might be stuck in your performing zone  “Because your comfort zone is your biggest trap, and coming out of it is your biggest challenge.”

Now you may nod and say Yes ‘Arun’ , You are right … But when it comes to taking a step ,  we are usually laid back bcoz we are happy in our comfort zone.

Well, there is nothing wrong in staying into your comfort zone,  Bcoz everything is familiar there, But if you allow yourself to linger there, Then you might stagnate....

Staying in your current routines means  limiting yourself from achieving bigger things .

How I Come Out Of My Comfort Zone?

Bcoz I want to achieve more , earn more and stay ahead And I know this can only happen to me when I push Myself into discomfort or move away from my comfort zone. - So What I Do ? - Learn a new skill( Like I am learning how to make digital videos) - Taking a new project ( Coaching students on Leadership values) - Do something that I have never done before                                                             (Like preparing to do cycling for 1000KM or climbing the toughest mountains)

Look at these reasons that will convince you to take a step out of your comfort zone  And it is the best thing you can do to yourself today . You Know WHY ? The Reason is “Growth and Comfort don’t coexist“ To be at your best, you have to test your limits .... Thats my secret of growth !

To get to a truly meaningful goal, To feel satisfied and proud, You will need to move beyond ! To do something exceptional ,  you need to challenge yourself  And that requires to go beyond routines....

WHY YOU NEED TO STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE?

The world is getting competitive day by day and  The reasons to step out of your comfort zone are growing, If your life, business or even your days look boring to you ,

Its time to get up and get going..... Explore the unexplored and see the impact it has on you . It might be surprising, exciting , frightening and wonderful,  all at the same time .

In Short ! A comfort zone is a place to rest between adventures,  Its not a place to live in forever. Sure, it might feel nice, but it may also lead to many regrets down the line . We all have immense potential,  but we need the right environment to explore it and reveal it. That environment will challenge and excite you,  So find out where this place is ! This doesn’t mean throwing yourself in danger, If you are used to comfort zone, Start by taking small steps and testing the waters - Try new place, - Meet new people, - Try some activities - Volunteer for a good cause

You will see that life outside of the routine can be fun and  rewarding and can move towards greater achievements.

Challenge yourself and push your boundaries,  And you will be surprised to see what can be achieved by freeing yourself from your comfort zone.

“Coming out of your comfort zone is tough in the beginning, chaotic in the middle,And awesome in the end… bcoz in the end, it shows you a whole new world … !"

Just make an attempt ….Like I Do ... 🙂
