Reflecting on 2024 So Far: What Have We Learned?

I always feel like September marks a shift—the end of summer, football season, pumpkin spice lattes! Oh and back-to-business energy aw we prep for the final quarter of the year.

It’s a natural point to pause and look back. The goals we set in January might not always align with where we are in September. But, that’s okay. What matters is adapting and moving forward with intention.

As part of this process, we’ve been surveying and speaking with Teamwrkr community members to understand their needs and challenges better.

Here are some of their “Lessons Learned”:

1️⃣ Embrace Change: This year has been full of shifts for many of us. Whether it’s pivoting business models or adjusting to new client needs, embracing change has been key to staying adaptable.

2️⃣ Refine Your Focus: The goals you set in January might need a refresh by September. Reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and where your focus should be as we head into Q4.

3️⃣ Lean on Your Community: One of the biggest lessons this year? We’re better together. Hearing from others in the community helps us learn, grow, and support each other through the ups and downs.
