Production Process of Sandwich Paper

The production of sandwich paper involves several key steps:

1-Pulp Preparation:

Wood pulp is the primary raw material.

The pulp is processed to remove impurities and fibers are separated.

2-Paper Formation:

The pulp is spread onto a moving wire mesh to form a sheet.

Water is removed from the pulp to create a paper web.

3-Drying:

The paper web is dried to remove remaining moisture.

4-Calendering:

The paper is passed through a series of rollers to smooth the surface and improve its appearance.

5-Waxing (Optional):

For waxed sandwich paper, a thin layer of wax is applied to the paper.

6-Printing (Optional):

If required, designs or logos are printed on the paper.

7-Cutting and Packaging:

The paper is cut to the desired size and packaged for distribution.
