Well, 2024 draws to a close and as we pause we have the opportunity to reflect on the year past and the one ahead.
How was your year? What did you learn? How did you grow? Did you focus on what mattered most? Did you work with your energy not against it? Tick off the juicy intentions set this time last year? Soar not struggle through the inevitable juggle?
However your year materialised, I hope you’ve danced beautifully through life’s undulations and are ensconced in a deliciously restorative, festive break.
On my side, it’s definitely been a memorable year.
In spring, I learned how to blend writing a book, with a new corporate role and lots of coaching exams, all at the same time. That was a huge lesson in how to have big impact without burnout ;-)
In summer, I was blessed to get engaged (can’t type that without smiling).
In autumn I celebrated my 50th in a bonanza of glitter and fairy lights with speeches, dancing and heartwarming memories I will cherish forever (actually, I also can’t type that without smiling!).
And now here we are in winter pausing, recharging and preparing to embrace 2025.
