ServiceNow Practice Director --Full-Time Direct Hire Position
The ServiceNow Practice Director is responsible for delivering needed cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions for V-Soft customers. In addition to strategically guiding the ServiceNow tower, the ServiceNow Practice Director will also be expected to be involved in the day-to-day customer oversight and ensure that the ServiceNow team and ServiceNow best practices are aligned with customer expectations and V-Soft organizational ServiceNow roadmap. V-Soft has high expectations of all employees and works at a rapid pace commensurate with an entrepreneurial style. Our goal is to transition the ServiceNow tower to a modern technology tower and the right candidate will understand that this opportunity is focused on developing and implementing an organizational structure, talent bench, and technology strategy to support V-Soft ServiceNow tower growth plans. The ServiceNow Practice Director will also be responsible for continuing the ServiceNow modernization at V-Soft and at our customers with the objective of converting data into live information to facilitate agile decision-making. Candidates for this role must have the appropriate executive presence and business acumen to forge a partnership with customers.
