  • Scheduling broadcasts to interact with your audience in real-time.

When you start streaming, Instagram will notify your followers when you’re live, allowing them to join and comment, fostering some great audience connection.

After the broadcast has come to an end, the video can be stored in your Instagram archive (along with posts and stories), saved to your external camera roll, or shared back onto Instagram in the form of a reel.

So it's a win-win! You get the boosted engagement from the live stream, and then a chance for additional views by reposting the stream to your feed seamlessly.
