A Special Holiday Message for Inspiring Leaders

Dear Leaders,

As the holiday season is upon us, I want to take a moment to wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a joyful time with loved ones.

This time of year is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the positive impact you’ve had on your team, celebrate your accomplishments, and recharge with your family and friends for the year ahead. Here are three simple ways to make Christmas/Hanukkah extra special for yourself and those around you:

  1. Create a moment of gratitude: Spend a few minutes reflecting on the people and experiences that made your year meaningful. Share a heartfelt message with your team or loved ones to show your appreciation.
  2. Be fully present: Put work on pause and focus on quality time. Whether it’s laughter over a holiday meal, a holiday movie together or quiet moments of connection, your presence is the most valuable gift.
  3. Start a meaningful tradition: Whether it’s a holiday walk, a favorite recipe, or a story shared by the fire, creating a tradition can make the day memorable for years to come. One of my favorite traditions is watching the classic movie, It's A Wonderful Life on Christmas Eve.

Thank you for your leadership, support and the difference you make in the lives of those around you. May your holiday season be filled this blessing, "May your home be filled with bread that you know no hunger. May you home be filled with Salt, that your life is full of flavor. May your home be filled with Wine that joy and prosperity will be yours. May home be filled with the Love of God, and may He be your portion this day and forevermore."

Blessings to you,

Dennis LaRue
