Start the new chapter of your life
First of all stop re-reading your past pages and open a fresh new page of your life. The best thing to do is, just improve the life you've got now, day by day. Get a list of your positives and negatives. Work very slowly, but surely towards it. Read the little childhood stories. Laugh. Get along with people, even though you may feel like, you are out of the group. Talk stupid things to yourself. Boost up and trigger yourself, like a kid. Watch some real inspiring videos. Discuss it with people. Call friends. Talk to your heartful.
Discover a totally different kind of genre of music. Make a playlist. Get the awesomeness of the lyrics. Relate it to your own life and know that, there are people everywhere who get to feel the same as you. Take it light. Play. Run in the open. Watch the stars and blabber to yourself. Call someone, you've been really close to, and just tell them the things you've always wanted to say, pouring out.
And never mind of anything and take time to slowly work on your own 3 small achievable goals for the day. Just write out the thoughts which hinder you, while doing your goal, for the matter any thought about anything or anyone..Just strike off those thoughts as soon as they appear every time and go on with your little dreams.!
No matter, how much the surrounding around you may disregard you, or at times you get into the insanities of life, remember never to give up. I've suggested you the easiest thing in the world. Yes, because there are so many who have done it, got out of their depression pits by themselves, why can't you?
Do take some time and give it thought. Good luck with your life and everything! By someone who's struggling as hard as you..! Wakeup early in the morning. Spend some time for mental and physical health. Play some outdoor sports. Eat healthy, and according to your necessity. Help others/be volunteer. Contribute something to your country. Learn some arts & crafts like music,painting,etc. Spend the time for the people who loves you - don't ignore them. Do justice with your work - don't do forcefully. Respect and love your work.
Don't do anything - which is harmful for human being and animals. Respect other people's belief/idea and religion. Don't do complaints - nothing is perfect, not even you. Perfection have infatuation while Imperfection have beauty in it. Listen. Spend time for your family/friends/relatives. Donate unnecessary money and things you have to the person in need. It is said more you earn materialistic things, the more you have stress, anxiety, tension. Because ultimately you have to look after the things, things will not look after you. Only keep what is necessary for living.
Happiness is choice. Set your satisfaction level/limit. Read - it will make you mature. Don't waste your time on social media. People are unfair - actually situation & circumstances makes them bad. Treat them well even if they are unfair to you. Say thanks and sorry often. Stay alone - don't do anything. Hear your heart & mind. Kill your ego and you will attain peace with everything and everyone.
Drink water, lot of water. Meditate and few breathing exercises of Yoga. Read Newspaper. Everyday. Eat healthy breakfast. Drink more water. Read whatever you can lay your hands on. Read more. Write for yourself (Maintain a journal). Travel and write the experience. Save money, invest it in something you love. Talk to people below you (Waiters, Watchmen, Drivers, etc). Smile. Its like a virus. Visit Orphanages once a week, play sports with the kids.
Walk alone thrice a week. Don't use your phone in bathroom, toilets. First impression is not the last impression, don't judge people. Sing, even if you are bad at it. Dance, make others dance too. Help your mother, cook with her. Cook for yourself thrice a week. Talk to one new person everyday. Follow your guts, walk up and talk to the person you want to. Respect your elders. Have strong eye contact while talking. Do not look here and there.
Enjoy your life, you might face tough times but you have to make your way out of everything. Drink more water. Make yourself busy. Start doing some work. If you're just sitting idle, you will just keep thinking of something or the other, continuously running your mind, which will make you suffer. The same time can be used for doing valuable things.
Sports and hobbies. Start taking part in outdoor sports and other activities like swimming, etc. Also if you have some hobbies go ahead and follow them. Become socially active. Talk with people. Try to make new friends. Engage in conversation with new people. Start attending social gatherings. This will not only increase your social circle, but also you will gain confidence and start enjoying the company of others. Volunteer/ Help others in community
Work for some organization that helps the poor and the needy. Try to help others. By doing this you will help yourself as you will gain satisfaction and self contentment by helping others. Also, you may bring a smile to someone's face which is priceless. Meditation (most important) And also, if you want, You could try doing meditation. It is really nice thing to meditate as it gives joy, bliss and happiness from within. If you want you could try meditation. It is the easiest one, you won't even need to do much efforts and it's totally free. It will help you a lot physically, mentally, emotionally and in all other aspects of your life. Cheers!
