Alarm.com is the pioneer in an industry that has evolved exponentially over the past decade. With the launch of our innovative, award-winning services like Smart Signal, we are poised to continue delivering peace of mind for all home and business owners worldwide.

We have reinvented the security industry in the early 2000s. The mobile revolution has accelerated the sector with the introduction of the iPhone in 2007. The concept of “Your Home in Your Hands” has accelerated our growth, and we have always been at the forefront.

Internet of Things was not even a ‘thing’ when we introduced interactive security, the ability to communicate with the alarm systems over cellular networks, arming and controlling the alarm system from the mobile devices. It is no coincidence that Apple has chosen Alarm.com as one of their main tech partners during the Apple Watch debut in March of 2015.

A lot has changed in the last decade, so have we. Alarm.com is the only company solely focused on integrated home automation and making the lives of home and business owners more secure, energy-efficient, and convenient. Alarm.com’s competitive landscape has significantly evolved over the past few years, with many new players entering the market and all big players eyeing home automation as the “Next Big Thing” in tech. These players entering the market shouldn’t intimidate us; instead, they should encourage us.

Our strength is in our hands-on approach with our service provider partners, who deliver the services that Alarm.com has built. The future will require us to widen our product portfolio so we can meet the needs of an increasingly connected world. Alarm.com will win away market share from competitors with a focus on early adoption, first-to-market products and services, and a relentless customer experience.

We look forward to being there for our partners and continuing to innovate the industry.

Whatever new technology, product, service, or standard may come around; we will make sure to have a competitive offering to address the need of the end-users. We must always be on the co-pilot seat to assist our service provider partners in having the best services toolbox they can offer.
