Customer spotlight: Plenti
Plenti, a commercial loan provider, was in a rapid growth phase when they adopted Zoho. They were increasing their product offerings as well as their teams to manage demand effectively. Over the last seven years, Zoho apps have helped the team at Plenti streamline customer management, enhance data analysis, and maintain a high standard of customer support across all departments.
"Setting up the automation in Zoho has improved our speed and efficiency by tenfold, if not more. We're also writing a lot of business without too many additional resources, which is quite fantastic." — Jennifer Pope, Business Analyst, Plenti
Learn more about Plenti's use of Zoho One. This link will take you to a Zoho webpage where you can watch a video case study and read a summary of Plenti's story.
"So, do you have AI?"
We get this question all the time. Yes, Zoho has AI. But a more accurate question is: "What kind of AI does Zoho have?"
If you've been using Zoho for a while, you may have heard of Zia, our in-house AI tool. But unlike ChatGPT, Zia isn't visible. Instead, it's built into almost all of Zoho's products.
Let's say you have Zoho Analytics. Zia can analyse multi-year sales data to point out any anomalies that may need urgent attention. It can generate graphs and reports on demand. We call this conversational AI—where, for example, you can ask Zia to create a pie chart illustrating your revenue sources in the previous year.
In Zoho Writer, Zia gives you a readability score and points out potential similarities with other webpages so you won't be flagged by search engines. In CRM, Zia can analyse previous sales conversations to tell you the best time to contact someone. It can even tell you whether your contact is more likely to respond to a call, email, or text, making it easy for you and your team to decide on an effective course of action.
Here's more on how Zia works across your Zoho apps. If you have any questions about AI in Zoho, let us know in the comments and we'll be happy to help.
Thanks for sticking through to the end. Catch you next time.
