TikTok launches Search Ads Campaigns

According to TikTok, 23% of users search for something within 30 seconds of opening the app.

Now advertisers can use keyword targeting to place video ads in TikTok’s results page.

TikTok launched ‘Search Toggle’ last year, which just meant that advertisers could opt-in to having their ads appear in TikTok’s search results. The company claimed that advertisers saw a 20% increase in conversions on average, at a similar or better cost per acquisition (CPA).

With ‘TikTok Search Campaigns’, TikTok is giving advertisers full control over which keywords they appear for and the ability to create a specific video for a specific search term.
