First die cut, metal die, die cut inside circle, mean time, die cut the position hole, for second time die cut.

Unwind the die cut product for 2nd time die cut.

Rewind top die cut liner, cover new complete liner.

For this laminate, need to avoid the new liner over the position hole.

The angle of the metal bar is adjustable, the height of the metal bar is also adjustable.

Choose the best angle and height to separate liner from the tape.

For the new liner (white color), the small rings are used for position fixing, make sure material feed at the same position.

In this case, can avoid the new liner cover the position hole.

Then go for 2nd time die cut.

For the 2nd time die cut, the position pin fixed into the position hole for accuracy die cut.

While the pin fixed into the hole, the post will punch the rubber roller, to lift the rubber roller. In this case, the material will be loose, easier for pin and hole for change the position.

After 2nd time die cut

Go to the laminating machine for remove out wastage.

After remove die cut wastage, go to Roll to sheet cutting machine, final products will be in sheets.
