Updating Actual Units in Primavera P6.

In the busy offices of a construction projects, my colleague Mohak Verma approached me with a problem: manually calculating and updating actual units from the activity percentage complete was quite time-consuming.
As planning engineers, we often encounter such situations when updating P6 schedules, and this calculation is required for forecast histograms and S-curves while keeping 'At Completion Units' equal to the budgeted units.
After several trials and errors, these Primavera P6 global changes were finally discovered to optimize the process and enhance the productivity.

1moThanks for This Global change, But i observed one thing, when updating the in progress activities as rollup in next week activities, make sure your at compltionn units are not deviating, We can bring in progess activiy to 0% & then add further incremental progress % to in line your budget & at compltion units
