European deals

Budapest-based EIT Jumpstarter pre-acceleration program awarded a total prize pool of €150,000 to 24 science-based startups from 21 countries. NEAMO , Lightly , StoreNow , Total Energy, Drone NonDestructiveTesting are among the winners.

German foodtech company Planet A Foods has raised $30 million in a Series B equity round from Burda Principal Investments , ZINTINUS , World Fund , Bayern Kapital , Cherry Ventures , Tengelmann Ventures , and Omnes .

German FibreCoat has secured over €20 million in Series B funding, backed by NewSpace Capital , GOOSE Capital , NOVA by Saint-Gobain , 212 NexT , Convergent Ventures , and TiE .

French precision radiology startup Raidium has raised $13 million in seed funding led by Newfund and Kurma Partners . Founders Future , Galion.exe , and the European EIC Fund joined.

Cologne-based medtech Refoxy Pharma has raised €9.1 million. Investors include Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund, Apollo Health Ventures , NRW.BANK , and HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds .

London-based online travel company specializing in active outdoor adventure holidays. Much Better Adventures has raised £5 million from Gresham House Ventures .

Paris-based medtech startup GLEAMER , which develops AI-driven radiology solutions, has secured €4.5 million in co-funding from the French government.

Dublin's market research platform Bounce Insights has raised $4.5 million from Act Venture Capital , IRRUS INVESTMENTS , Enterprise Ireland , and the Digital Irish Venture Fund .

Gothenburg-based startup Cerve , which develops tools to enhance sustainability in the food and beverage supply chain, has raised £3.5 million from SuperSeed , Zenith Ventures , Ponderosa Ventures , and The First Thirty .

Linz and San Francisco-based cleantech startup Everest Carbon has raised $3 million led by Carbon Removal Partners . Ponderosa Ventures and the Carbon Drawdown Initiative joined.

London-based software comparison platform Stackfix has secured $3 million in seed funding. The round was led by Chalfen Ventures , Seedcamp and helloworld participated.

UK SaaS startup Briefcase has raised $3 million in seed funding, led by Earlybird VC and supported by Entrepreneur First and Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company .

CEE startup funding rounds

Polish-founded AI startup Pathway has secured $10 million in a seed funding round led by TQ Ventures , with participation from Kadmos Capital Ltd , Inovo.vc , Market One Capital , and Id4 ventures .

Polish startup IMAGENE.ME , which specializes in genetic testing and personalized medicine, has raised €1.4 million from ABAN.VC and NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A.

Czech platform for digital content creators and entrepreneurs Flowlance has raised €500,000 from Czech Founders VC , Purple Ventures , and Patero s.r.o.

New VC funds

Munich-based Alstin Capital has raised €175 million for its oversubscribed third fund, which will invest in Series A B2B software startups. It has already made three investments from the new fund: NORBr , Flowit , and etalytics .

Berlin-based VC Fly Ventures has raised a €80 million Fund III. It aims to support seed-stage European startups in enterprise and deeptech, with ticket sizes from €1 million to €4 million.
