1yHi Parin. Last night I found myself indulging in a smart phone after kids went to bed. I thought I waste time. I will put it somewhere else so that I cannot look at it easily.

1yFew months back, a lot of time of mine used to go in social media. I removed all the apps and opened it in browser. It reduced my weekly timing from 30 hours to 1 hours. Last month, I muted my WhatsApp notification, it helped me to improve my attention span more. Most of my time is invested in reading and listening podcasts and spending time with family and friends. However, I am still spending time on e-mails and figuring out how to move from there.
