What Do the Pillsbury Doughboy and the Green Lantern Have in Common?

What Do the Pillsbury Doughboy and the Green Lantern Have in Common?

Yeah, chew on that a moment...

The man that created Poppin' Fresh also created Green Lantern. They are really not that different. Marty Nodell created Green Lantern and would go on to make Poppin' and both advertise. Think about that comic book character. He has a big lantern on his chest. You notice that icon more than his face, or even an alien-made, super-powered ring. It's made to stand out, and stand out big.

Superheroes are like that. They have a logo, a symbol, and an icon. Kids draw that almost in doodles as much as they draw their favorite character swinging into action. In the modern icon-driven age, that is understood (whether conscious or not) by your average kid just looking at their phone. They don't read, they are simply image driven.

Sharing the Credit drives a company's image through its cause marketing by funding its aligned charity. You should be there. You should have a charity that moves you. It can move your customers and move your business. If you would like to fund a charity automatically and let Visa/MC pick up the tab, connect with me. We help companies do that at a savings.
