8moMouth noise 😆 I'm borrowing that. You are right, the loudest person in the room does not mean that person is a leader. They may be influencing things - good or bad but it does not mean leader. It can but it often doesn't. Great message man.

One thing I try to do when I'm moderating a room in Clubhouse, Zoom or a LinkedIn Audio room is invite people to respond to questions or add their take on a topic. The trick is to make sure that I'm not bullying someone into participating. It's a fine line.
