Why You NEED Motivation To Succeed

The majority of people know they must have goals in life to chase after - defined by Tony Robbins; progress equates to a persons happiness. People need goals to progress towards to achieving in order to feel a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Those become unhappy with their lives when they are not progressing towards their goals and the reason is usually due to the lack of motivation to achieve them! Motivation pushes you to progress towards your goals and the progression makes you happy so in essence, staying motivated, will keep you happy.

It's important to set goals to succeed but setting goals is meaningless without having the motivation to consistently take the action to achieve those goals!

You may be the most skilled at what you do but without the motivation to improve and achieve what you want, you will only be at best average!
