First off, I know, I know, I’m late again. Honestly, I’m tired of apologizing, but let’s blame it on the holiday madness and my not-so-stellar time management skills. 🙈 Christmas mode has me buried under tinsel and to-do lists! 🎄

Yesterday's letter came waaaayyyyy earlier than expected. I didn't realize I scheduled it for 6am instead of 6pm. hehehehe, my bad.

It's GTKM_day20: I'm a BTS leader.

So, did you know a massive 70% of great leaders prefer to lead from behind the scenes. Yup, not everyone is out there doing the “look at me, I’m a leader” dance. Some of us are the stealth ninjas of leadership, making things happen without all the noise. (And yes, I proudly include myself in that category.✨)

For me, leadership isn’t about hogging the mic or making grand speeches. It’s about:

• Empowering others to discover their magic and OWN it.
• Building systems so slick they work even when I’m sneaking a Christmas cookie or two.
• Celebrating wins like a low-key hype squad, because collective success beats solo glory every single time.

I mean, let’s be real: I’m not about the spotlight. I’d rather make sure everyone else shines while I happily sip tea in the background. It's not about the “ta-da” moments, but the steady, reliable impact that actually matters.
