The Wins We’re Celebrating 🎉

2024 brought some incredible highlights, and I want to take a moment to share a few:

✨ 171 Podcast Episodes Released

Earlier this year, I reached the monumental milestone of publishing my 150th episode on Pharmacist Diaries! It was an epic moment to celebrate, but since then I have managed to publish a further 21 episodes. YAY! It’s a testament to the power of consistency and the joy of sharing stories from across the pharmacy profession.

✨ Expanded Our Community

We created the Behind the Mic community this year, connecting podcasters from around the world. Watching members collaborate, share resources, and launch their own shows has been nothing short of inspiring.

✨ Stepping Onto Stages

Public speaking was one of my big goals for 2024, and I’m proud to say I stepped onto some exciting stages, sharing my love for podcasting, education, and personal growth with live audiences in and outside of the UK. My two trips to Germany were 100% my FAVOURITE highlights from 2024!

✨ Launching Podcast Coaching

This year, Sunjay and I welcomed our first podcast coaching clients! Helping others bring their podcast dreams to life has been one of the most fulfilling parts of 2024.

✨ LinkedIn Top Podcasting Voice

Earlier this year I was awarded a LinkedIn Top Podcasting Voice! This was really exciting for me. You'll notice that it's no longer on my profile as you have set criteria to maintain it...I'm working on the criteria again so I can receive my badge back for 2025!

Lessons From the Journey ✍️

It hasn’t all been smooth sailing—let’s be real. Growth comes with its fair share of challenges. Here are some lessons I’ve learned this year:

💡 Time Is a Precious Resource

Balancing a full-time job, parenting, and podcasting isn’t for the faint of heart. I’ve learned the importance of setting boundaries and being intentional with my time. Mondays dedicated to podcast work have been a game changer.

💡 The Power of “No”

Not every opportunity is the right one. Saying no to things that don’t align with my vision has created space for the opportunities that do. I find this really challenging but I am learning how to do it gracefully!

💡 Growth Requires Discomfort

From reaching out to potential guests to launching live webinars, stepping out of my comfort zone has been key to making progress.

💡 Your Community Is Everything

Whether it’s my listeners, coaching clients, or fellow podcasters, the support and encouragement I’ve received from this community have been invaluable.

Looking Ahead to 2025 🚀

So, what’s next? Here’s a sneak peek at some of my goals for the new year:

🎯 Elevating Pharmacist Diaries 2024 was all about growth and I am proud to say that I have achieved more than I ever expected. This week I am focusing on what my goals will be for 2025 so I'll let you know once I've made my final decision on it!

🎯 Creating Courses Look out for posts I'll be sharing on joining a waitlist for courses we'll be launching in 2025. We are planning what we'd like to create for you, but we're keen to create a waitlist so we can get to know you better and create content around what you actually want and need!

🎯 Doubling Down on Community The Behind the Mic community is growing, and I’m committed to creating even more resources and opportunities to support budding podcasters.

🎯 New Content Formats From live webinars to short-form content, I’m exploring new ways to share value and engage with you all.

🎯 Scaling Podcast Coaching After working with our first clients this year, Sunjay and I are excited to expand our coaching offerings in 2025. Stay tuned for more details!
